Who We Are

The Waukee Waves Basketball program was founded with a vision to create a competitive and development-focused basketball experience for young athletes in the Waukee community. Since our inception, we have been committed to fostering a love for the game while teaching valuable life lessons through the game.

Over the years, our program has grown from a small group of passionate players to a thriving basketball team. We've celebrated many victories, learned through losses, developed skilled athletes, and most importantly, built lasting friendships and memories.

The name "Waves" defines our playing style; it represents relentless force, fluidity in our motion, and boundless energy. Just as waves are powerful and unstoppable, so too is our team's spirit and determination.
